How do I create a task?

Swipe left to the Lists page and tap the + button at the bottom. Choose between a single task, a habit, or a list with subtasks.

How do I create a habit?

Tap the + button, select “Habit”, choose an interval (daily, every 2 days, weekly, or monthly), and set a reset time. Your habit will automatically reset at the scheduled time.

What happens when I complete all tasks?

The main screen will show a message to create new tasks. Habits will automatically reappear at their next reset time.

I tapped too fast! Can I undo?

Yes! After completing a task, you have 10 seconds to tap “Undo” and reverse the completion.

What is Tapped Pro?

Tapped Pro is the premium subscription that unlocks unlimited lists, unlimited active items, full archive access, and AI-powered features like task breakdown and smart sorting.

How do I upgrade to Tapped Pro?

You can upgrade from within the app. When you reach the free tier limits, the upgrade screen appears automatically. You can also go to Settings > Upgrade to Tapped Pro.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your iPhone’s Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find Tapped, and tap Cancel Subscription. You’ll continue to have Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I use Tapped on multiple devices?

Yes! Your data syncs across all devices signed into the same account. For the best experience, we recommend using one device at a time.

Does Tapped work offline?

Yes. You can complete, edit, and reorder tasks while offline. Changes will sync automatically when you reconnect to the internet.

What if I delete a task by accident?

Free tier: Completed tasks are permanently deleted after the 10-second undo window. Use undo quickly!
Pro: Completed tasks are archived. You can restore them from the Archive page (swipe right).

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Delete Account at the bottom of the page. This permanently deletes all your data. Learn more.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any in-app purchase.
